Valentine’s Day – 14th of February

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Chef Cristina Bowerman has created a romantic menu for you to enjoy a very special dinner at Glass.


Aperitif with finger food and bubbles.
Duck pastrami, Jerusalem artichokes, foie gras and cocoa.
Potato gnocchi, black garlic bagnacauda, edamame beans and sea urchins.
Childhood pasta, white miso, cuttlefish and smoked black tea.
Lobster, mushrooms, cannellini beans, peanuts and bone marrow.
Surprise dessert.
Petit four.
Midnight sweet.


In case of cancellation by 10 February 2022, a penalty of €80 will be applied for each person booked. In case of no-show or cancellation communicated after 10 February, a penalty of €150 will be applied for each person.
